OUR FOUNDER

Ausity stands out as a leading organization under the distinguished leadership of our Founder, Dr. Doris Li who brings an extensive background with two decades of senior HR expertise. Her remarkable career spans major global enterprises, including prestigious Fortune Global 500 companies, across diverse industries such as hospitality, property, finance, education, and mining. She has successfully executed specialized projects spanning various HR functions on a global scale, encompassing regions such as Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, China, India, and Vietnam.

Specialise in setting up the HR function, she served as the first HR Director for the Australia region at Country Garden (now Risland Australia), where she established the HR department from scratch. She also participated and led various HR projects of Country Garden Group's overseas HR department, including overseas recruitment, future leader recruitment, and training projects.

Proficient in Australian labour laws and various industry awards, she holds master's degrees in HRM & IR and Labour Law from the University of Sydney, as well as a doctoral degree in HRM. She excels in company restructuring, downsizing, redundancies, and change management. During her tenure as the Head of HR at a leading hotel chain, she oversaw all human resources-related aspects during the closure of a prominent hotel, managing the redundancy and re-employment process for over 100 employees.

With a keen understanding of the staffing needs of different companies and positions, during her tenure at BHL Group, she and her team recruited 102 employees within a year, covering industries such as real estate, hotels, aged care, and mining.

In addition to her significant achievements in the corporate sector, she has served as a senior lecturer at Curtin University and CQUniverity teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in HRM, Industrial Relations, and Labor Law. She has collaborated with several university professors to publish numerous books and articles in the field of human resources.
